Bounding Returns And Refund Policy

Wrong Items Ordered By The Customer
The items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.
Goods must be returned carriage paid.

(Postage and Packing will not be refunded)

Faulty Goods
All goods are new and unused unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.

Non-Faulty Goods
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.
